Afrihost- little to no service

so long story short. I have been a client with Afrihost for a couple of years, did not have much complaints. However when I relocated they couldnt be of assistance and assisted in the merger to Vuma. To this day I have no contact with Vuma and everytime I have to contact Afrihost who would then communicate to Vuma. So I have recently had ***** detected on my bank account and they could not receive premium, due to account being locked. I made a direct payment into the Afrihost account +- 6 days ago. Till today no one can be of assistance, they cant refund me, they cant give me a account number for Vuma. Nothing....

I would like for a team leader or manager to intervene please.
