AFRIHOST lies to clients

I recently signed up with Afrihost for my home Fibre, I was told via email from a Stephen that Afrihost would cover the installation fee and they would email Vumatel to tell them to not bother me with this going forward. A month or so goes by, an over due statement is sent to me from Vumatel. I email afrihost again only for a Samantha to now tell me, "I am sorry to advise that your sign up was processed after the installation promotion for Vumatel sign ups ended. The Installation will need to be covered by your self to Vumatel." How on heavens earth is this acceptable, afrihost lies to customers with BS like this. Afrihost better contact me immediately or HelloPeter will not be with this ends.!!!!
