Afrihost lies and failure to deliver

I was recently charged for a wi-fi installation during which time there was no space for a new installation and my refund was meant to be processed. After waiting 14day, I contact again. Agent tells me refund was not processed previously and I will need to wait as she has now reported the other agent. 14 days later, no refund and again I am told to wait. It's now been almost 2 months and still I have not received my money. Pocket change for large industries but doesn't put food on my kids table. All they could say is there us nothing we can do. Been using your services for years. Ridiculous that SLA can be ignored and broken like this with no repercussions.
