afrihost lies

i wanted to move isp over to afrihost as per recomendations

i emailed afrihost and asked them if their fibre customers get the free vumatel speed upgrades valid until january 2023. they rep**** and said yes.

i moved over to afrihost. now they do not want to give me the free speed upgrades.
