Afrihost lies

This is such horrible service. You do not even deserve a 1 star rating. Installation was done at my apartment but nothing has been activated for the past 8 days . I have been calling those supposed "vuma heroes" everyday for the past 12 days each time being put on hold for several minutes and when they eventually pick up, I am met with the same phrase "your ticket has not been logged, we do not have the direct line to the installation and activation team. They will call you by the end of the day."

I have spent so much airtime and energy trying to get this installation over and done with. The way Vumatel and Afrihost does business is totally unacceptable. They really don't take their customers seriously. Now I am stuck with having to do business with them because they have installed the fibre in the complex. This is soo disppointing, especially after cancelling my adsl line with telkom, its been more than 12 days now with no internet. And they keep saying they have 24 hour turnaround period: Ticket number 48966.....ISP 10527
