bad service and dont know what is going on.ordered a new line and clearly said it must be activate 1 February when we are in our new house.Open serve phoned and say they will do the instellation.I clearly ask if they install the line will it be activated.the guy said no i just need to cancel my line that I used now before the 15 January otherwise I will still be bill for both. and as soon as they installed the line i was receiving a invoice for the new line...and now no one can understand or tell me why the line was activated and if i cancel that line and re order i will need to pay 900...they are sharks and dont use them at all.clearly they lie and try to get money from ussers...dont trust them and stay away at alltimes if possible.
