afrihost **** to me to make a sale!

i phoned afrihost to confirm the extent of the financial cover of the installation and was insured they would cover the installation costs. i ordered the package and called back where i was told that they would not cover the installation...telling me that it is my problem even though they confirmed it would be covered. so their sales team **** to me to get me to sign up. now its my problem. and they are waving all responsibility.

i would advise that people do not consider these people as a ISP.
