AFRIHOST - ***** and *******

Afrihost has failed to deliver on our agreement. I subscribed to they fibre package that includes a router. The router was never delivered and due to weak admin processes and I was forced to purchase another router after the initial router's order was cancelled without letting me know. Now they refuse to refund my money for the router and continue to debit my account even after I have submitted my cancellation. Their double money back guarantee is also a huge sham!
