Afrihost - letting me down!

I have been with Afrihost for +-70 days. I have to log 4 queries, one of which was error on my side, the other 3 was due to service delivery from Afrihost.

I would like to know how a 50/50 line does a speed test of 48/28 but when watching netflix an episode takes 3 minutes to load (one of those minutes I have on video to prove it) And I missed half the president speech on wed, live streaming from youtube, due to buffering! BUFFERING!!! Where in the world is buffering still a thing except with Afrihost??? Then trying to contact them on the Whatsapp line which is supposed to be manned 24hours. Nothing from 19:00 last night to 09:00 this morning!! Calling I needed to hold on for 6minutes! And issue still not fixed!

Why am I paying full price and getting only half the service and almost no speed???
