Afrihost Lets me down

Between Afrihost and Telkom passing the Buck my Internet and landline was not moved to my new address. Telkom says they cannot move my line as it belongs to Afrihost. Afrihost staff said they will give the instruction to move the line and it will be done by last week already. Later they change their story and say they will transfer the line back to Telkom. I must then ask Telkom to move it .... So between Afrihost and Telkom no one is taking responsibility... That is very sad. I cannot understand why Afrihost cannot rise to the occasion and since they \own"the line cannot instruct Telkom to move it.<br> <br> So everyone be warned....
