I ported my number on the 13th of February from Telkom to Airmobile and I still can't use my number until today at first I was told that my phone wasn't compatible with their esim and was sent a physical sim after 2 weeks but it's been a week and my sim still doesn't work even though I was promised it would start working in less than 12 hours. It's been a frustrating ordeal.
