Afrihost just won't let go

<p>I cancelled my service with Afrihost over a month ago, and they are STILL holding onto my Telkom line which is absolutely messing up any chance I have of getting my line downgraded so that the intermitancy issues can be sorted out with Telkom. I just tried to phone them and they hung up on me. Sort out this issue!</p>
