Afrihost just dont give a damn about customers

They do not care about their customers. I am sitting in a situation where i would need to move, i would like to continue with my account with them just move my current account over to the new address. No i must cancel my current package and then reapply with the new address, then i will be charged all the cost again. and i need to still pay for January month at the current address where i will no longer be here to use the wifi they are just making money, and dont give a rats ass about their customers.
