Afrihost just don't care!!!

I have been without services since Wednesday, May 20, 2020 and having been calling Afrihost relentlessly and no one has been able to resolve my issue. I wrote to their managers and not one of them has the audacity to even respond. Each time I call I am told to wait for feedback from their associate MTN. In the meantime I have no services and ended up having to buy a prepaid card which is costing an arm and leg. I keep being told that the issue is escalated and no one is responding to the escalation. I really don't know what to do ANYMORE.
