Afrihost just can't get it right.

Afrihost unable to resolve my issue. Every day I have to whatsapp them, and explain the same issue again, with the same ineffective trouble shooting methods. The chatbot auto answers, cool, alright, to almost all my replies. Fault logged with Metrofiber 3 times.

Need this resolved by lunch time tomorrow or I'll find an alternative ISP after being a loyal customer for nearly 10 years
