Afrihost just another ISP wasting it's clients time.

I Opened an account with you guys on the 2nd of November and I was told I need to wait 7-10 working days for installation, it's now the 14th of November and after I followed up with you I was told I need to wait another 7-10 working days for installation. What is your actual lead time on installation. Why was I not contacted if there were any errors on your side. When I followed up last week I was told everything is in order and that someone will contact me, no one contacted me, I had to contact you guys just to be told I must wait another 2 weeks by SuzanM. I was told by Sbusiso M last week Thursday that everything is in order. Can you please have someone contact me and ensure that my internet is installed by tomorrow the 15th as per your own timelines.
