AFRIHOST JOINS **** LIST

Sooooo Disapointed. I was a full supporter of AFRIHOST and told everyone that they are not as bad as Telkom, but alas, they are starting to join the list of bad service providers.

1stly: they do not relocate our DNS correctly of our sites and loses all our developed websites. 2ndly: they cannot sort out anything or restore backups, after they told me they can, and finally telling us that it is not their responsibility of doing any backups. SOOOO you telling me that you are not hosting site then as that is suppose to be your selling point. 3rdly: We have not received any emails and not receiving support on this as it is just said that an error occurs. AH DUH. That's why I'm asking for support.

So you have just joined our ****list and we planning to take our business elsewhere.
