Afrihost ISP is worst

Hi All i have been having issues with the Afrihost ISP intermittent internet connection i had a chat with the 5 agents so far and they have no idea what is going on and what is the actual issue is? so they were telling me Vumatel line is an issue but in my complex most of my neighbors are using Vuma fibre and no one having issues. i am using vumatel line and afrihost ISP, Afrihost becoming worst sevice. need to think alternate
