Afrihost isn't what it used to be. Customer satisfaction was always first.

Sadly a service I've been using since around 2015 has let me down.

Slow internet, I understand, we have bad providers.

However, a upgraded package done at any time will be active in an hour or 2, but a downgrade done 3 days before payment went out will only be affective in 1 month.

What a ****.

The WhatsApp help is really no help at all. Agent Larry S just gave me an answer like it is what it is, explaining things i already knew. No problem solving for the customer.
