AfriHost is worse than Telkom

<p>I used Telkom ADSL with AfriHost data - ordered fibre (OpenServ) from AfriHost - actually just a re-activation - in middle July.</p> <p>Phone numerous times to get the router and then to actually get is activated. In the end I spoke to Oscar - their service manager and only then it seems to get things started. Since then my internet connection is totally unstable, the router they provided (D-Link) is worse than a 4 year old Netgear!!</p> <p>Try to call them! It is impossible - in the same call you end up to be the first in-line and then all of a sudden number 50!</p> <p>Try to use their SMS call back service - they either never call you back or a day later - I do not need help a day later - I need it now.</p> <p>This is really worse than most government departments.</p>
