Afrihost is Usless

Afrihost is useless!!! I have now waited 9 days for my lte parcel to be delivered, afrihost is of no help, and blame the courier they use. I have phoned the courier and sent them messages and received absolutely no assistance. Afrihost is one of the most *********** companies I have dealt with and your support service is shocking and basically automated, they don’t look into your problem but just send standard responses.

You guys need to find a better courier service and stop making your service delivery problems become your customers responsibility to chase up on.

In this day and age 9 days and still waiting is absolutely shocking to have to wait for a parcel.

Don’t expect any after sales help from afrihost, once they get your money they have no interest in you anymore.
