Afrihost is useless as a Service Provider

Its been a week since my fibre has been installed in my house but its still not working, I have spoken to Afrihost as a service provider but not getting any help, I have spoken to 5 Call Centre Consultants and every time I am placed on hold for 30 min at a time without any assistance, Everyone there is useless, All they now is giving promises without delivering. I am angry and upset and would not recommend them as a provider to anyone
