Afrihost is useless and have no client service

Afrihost is just as useless as Telkom. Don't fool yourself and think otherwise. If it works, great, but if something breaks you are *****ed. Their support is worth nothing. Client service nonexistent. Have been down for 2 days. Spoken to countless engineers. They are clueless. Manager refuses to take calls or even call back. Have spent 7 hours on the phone with them. They drop your call, never call back, and every time you call back you have to start over with a new engineer, but always have to wait 30 mins to get through. Useless.
