Afrihost is useless and entertain bad service delivery

I have never in my life received such poor service from any other business in my life,

We have been waiting near 2 weeks for our internet connection, but funds are taken almost immediately, this is ridiculous,

With no internet and no connectivity now this ****py business has a cancelation policy, where we are not even connected?

This is absolute ****,

I expect my refund and cancelation within 24 hours just like you are able to take money from my account before proper installation is made.

The poor excuses we have been getting on a daily, where we have to reach out to Afrihost every single day... They don't even let you know about anything going on, if you expect service from this place it's beter to go to Home affairs or even the municipal offices as they will actually give you service,

No use complaining of a service not rendered.
