Afrihost is useless

I am absolutely livid with this service. We have had no connection for the last 5 days, we have been told it’s an outage in the area where mostly everyone around us has connection. We have called countless times and nothing has been done to resolve this issue, this is absolutely embarrassing that when we are explaining the problem to the consultants they end up dropping the phone on us. I am astounded that this company can treat people to this degree when we are very diligent customers I need my internet service now!!!!!!
