Afrihost is useless

Website, Cloud, SQL has been down for more than 24Hours, My entire office cant work. There is no feedback from them, no turn around time. When you try and contact them via phone there is no answer waiting time is endless. Support tickets give poor response. Whats app support is an absolute useless too and not profesional. Do not use Afrihost.
