Afrihost is Trash

after 4 years of being loyal to afrihost,I get charged double an amount of R188.00 in September they took me pillar to post requesting alot of documentation including bank statements ,,Its November 2021 now and they tell that it takes 14 days to refund but yet ive waited 2 months with no one assit,I then decided to not pay for November seeing they still owe me,They ten charge admin fee andd suspended my account,When i enquire about they tell me i must pay R249.00 accumlate with admin charges yet they dnt dont want to refund me or credit all they keep saying is 14 days this 14 days that..I know requested to have domain transferred to another hosting company but they refuse ..I not happy with this treatment at all and want my domain released so i can move on my life. two months of trying to figure out even after I have proved all the prof there is to show yet I get double charged and suspend within 14 sec for refusing to pay because they owe me ,Not even one of the people are remorseful ..I want my domain released please I'm tired of this company and poor service and bully tactics
