AFRIHOST IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!

Afrihost is the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. I have had numerous issues. The latest one has just ticked me off. I put in an order for Fibre in November 2017. I live in estate that already has the infrastructure for fibre. They delivered my router to me in December 2017 while my order said processing order. I spent over 30 minutes on numerous calls for updates on the progress of my order. I would get transferred numerous times and get told my order has been placed with TT connect I can follow up with them. I phoned TT connect who were already a lot more helpful and advised no order has been placed under any of my details. this has now been over 6 months so I went ahead and cancelled my order. They then went and charged me for cancelling for a service they never provide and debited my account without my consent. I sent through a mail regarding this to only be responded to 3 days later saying no it’s for the router but I can return it and gave me the instructions. I followed the instructions and at the end says delivery charges will be charged if the device is faulty. They once again went and debited my account for the delivery charges and they haven’t even collected the router yet and when I call or email no one is able to assist me.

I would just like to make people aware of the poor service and how they debit you’re at account at their own will without your consent. I placed the same order with VOX last week and TT Connect has already been to my house to do the line installation and their service has been amazing I have not had to contact them once they have kept me up to date every step of the way.
