AFRIHOST IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.

Afrihost is the worst internet provider . I have changed residences within the same address. It has been 7 days without internet after cancelling my old address with them. They didn't cancel on their side and has been telling me that my account is active at the new address while its not claiming there's internet. While there is no internet. I have been making calls and emails between Afrihost and Metro fiber .I am not helped and I work from home. All they do is to apologies with emails no calls to resolve the issue or send out a technician. Metro fiber claims they have no request on their side for the new address. I am tired of fighting , calling and emailing without help.
