Afrihost is the worst service provider

Afrihost is the worst sp i have ever come across. When they sign u up everything is good and fast but after that service goes down hill. I have been waiting 8 days for my services to be activated . First time when i queried this i was told services will be activated within 24 hours and i waited …still nothing . Queried again the next day was told they needed to migrate and the consultant promised me that after that my services will be active.. again nothing happened , queried again third day was told vodacom advised that the infomation captured for my ONT was incorrect so the consultant advised she has sent them the info to recapture and my connection should be active but how donu install something and capture wrong product infomation , how is it even possible?. Its now been a week and everytime i query this i am told vodacom needs to activate on their side and there is no TAT for this, why was this not mentioned when i signed up ? . How is it that a mere activation can take forever but when u wanted me to pay you wanted you threatened to have my services cancelled. I dont know how many consultants i have spoken too, some even rude to the core treating me as if they doing me a favor. All they seem to do is to ask for the device pictures and sn numbers but nothing is done. I will never recomend afrihost to anyone because of their bad service and i am just but a new client. Are we activating my services or should i find another service provider ?
