Afrihost is the WORST Service Provider!!!

Afrihost is quite possibly the WORST service provider EVER! I have been with them for a few years now (almost 3). I installed a WiFi connection to my Telkom line and I also have a domain hosting package with them, for my website. This comes to about R500 monthly.

Not that expensive if I had the promised fast internet connection and I had my hosting service under the same umbrella, without any issues... But I contact Afrihost Support line EVERY single time I try to log onto my website from home because the website is under maintenance of down!

I have upgraded my package a few times since I've started, I also purchase 50GBs of data that is impossible to use because the WiFi connection and website is down ALL THE TIME! This was downgraded from the 100GB data I initially was promised. With the change of ownership, this was downgraded. Seems everything has been downgraded!

I have very nicely discussed these concerns and frustrations with several agents who would usually reset my site on their end, it works for about a day and I'm right back to square one! No matter how many times I have pleaded for further assistance, instead of short-lived fixes, nothing has been done.

I run an online business and this has affected my turn-around-times and deadlines significantly, *****ing my brand image as well. It will take a lot of effort to change the entire domain hosting and wireless connection etc. to a different service provider but I've reached my wits end with this company!! I'm not sure how many other ways I need to make this clear, and I am not usually one to write a bad review but with the service I have received... What else is there to do?!
