Afrihost is the worst service orovider

Afrihost you are pathetic. 7 hours on the line trying to sort out my fibre. You make me go and buy a new router which I did and still can't get it working and you still refuse to send a technician out. Pathetic!!!! Did I actually need a new router? I work from home and am losing money as we speak. Time to change change service providers
