Afrihost is the worst ISP

I'm at my wits end trying to get help from afrihost. I know I'm not your only client and that's probably the reason your service has gone down the drain! You over promise and under deliver. I still pay for your service and has been a client since 2016 however the last couple of months you've just sat back and relaxed and "pretended" that you did your best to assist me. My line is incredibly slow and YES I know I'm far from the exchange but my GOD my internet has NEVER been this slow. What the hell must I do to get better service? Should I rather go elsewhere? Do you treat all your clients this way? Because if this is the case I'm leaving. You sent a man (Eric Makgado) from open serve over to my house to supposedly check the line, when he entered my premises he sat in his car for an extended period of time yelling at someone on his phone in his car. My whole neighborhood could hear him. When I asked him when he was going to come in he screamed at me: "Yes I'm Coming!" This is disgusting behaviour! He CONTINUED yelling on his phone while "checking" my line. Then told me there is a problem at the exchange but imp**** that he wasn't willing to go there as he didn't have a key!!!!! I told him we pay for the service and he reluctantly went. Needless to say, the line wasn't fixed. I logged another call and telkom phoned to see if they could help and said they would follow up and send someone out. No follow up was done and nobody was sent out! I am sooooooo sick of afrihost! Really? I know the country is going to **** but ffs have you no pride whatsoever?
