AFRIHOST IS THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

If you are looking for internet, DON'T USE AFRIHOST!!!!! I bought fibre line with 10mbs speed in September 2018, and since receiving it has been complaining that something is wrong with the connection. Whenever i log a query i just get brushed off and at one point on the what's app chat, the arrogant agent said "you get what you pay for"... i upgraded account to 20mb speed, and problem did not go away. Logged more queries, and Afrihost is not willing or able to send support. I was told i need to send the router at my expense for them to test, and did not care that i would be without any service for that time, and also not willing to give me a loan router (even though i am a brand new customer and they supp**** the router). I then upgraded account again to 40mb speed line, and still the problem persists. I have logged query after query and just getting brushed off! THE SUPPORT IS EXTREMELY POOR - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! They say they are the best, but it is NOT TRUE!!!!!!!
