Afrihost is the worst im terribley disgusted

Ive been a client of afrihost for the past 8month . I signed up for a 20 Mps line for R857 a month. Since i have my line ive done speeds test and never reached 20 mps some days i have no connection at all. The highest ive reached is 5 mps. Ive complained about this to them since day one and no one has assisted me . In reality im being over charged with R500 because if i wanted a a 5mps line id pay about R300 for. It is disgusting that they ***** from hard working honest people like this. Ive sent over 200 emails 500 Whatsapps and all im told is that some will call to assist or that they will get the techniciansto come out. I refused to pay my account this month because this isnot fair so u was sent a mail to say that if i do not pay my account by this 6 August 2018 my line will be cut. So they can take from me but they are quick to suspend you line when u do not pay. The rude client service was even more disgusting ive spoken to numerous call centre agent which were rude or they kept telling me to do speed test . If i knew that this was the service i was going to get then i would have sticked to mobile data and dstv. Im still trying to get help from them but its pointless. Im paying for nothing and making the greedy richer.
