Afrihost is the worst hosting company in the world

Afrihost is the worst hosting company in the entire world. I personally would never use Afrihost again This is the worst company in the world and here is why. I contacted them on their whatsapp chat and i had to wait 45 min to be connected to a consultant. After i was connected a consultant by the name of Kuli m. Ignored me for a further 28 min. This is not the first time as the previous time the consultant by the name of Pumeza.S. connected then said hi then immediately ended the chat . The service at Afrihost is the worst service i have ever come accros in the 10 years of worling with hosting companies. I only wanted to transfer a domain that i have waited 3 weeks for and then at the end of the 3 weeks i contact them and they say its been cancelled and they did not email me to let me know
