Afrihost is the worst!

I have been struggling with my line width and connection for more than a year and Afrihost just keep on telling me to test my line. I have asked for a technician to come out and that also is not happening. The worst service provider ever. I am paying for a 150mbps but only getting around 55. Dont ever use them as a network or fibre service provider!
