afrihost is the worst company in South africa

I have been struggling with afrihost since the start of lockdown (27/03/2020) and they are taking full payment for a service not being rendered to me. After contacting them numerous times, the answered received remains the same till date. "sorry, pay in full and be happy with what you get and afrihost still has not taken responsibility or even assisted.
