Afrihost is the worst because they take money from your acccount!

I spoke to afrihost and was not happy with the service and the free month was not given to me when i signed up because i only recieved the sim card just before the end of the month and i ask if i cancel debit order and they said no. i said i will make a payment on the 25feb 2019.

which i did.

The agent said i need to settle account before you get invoiced for 999 and then it will be okay. i made 100% sure that i was not going to be billed for this and when the time came the deducted 999 from account because i cancelled my contract before 6 months.

If i new this was going to happen then i would have kept the account and i wouldnt have this issue.

This is putting me in a hole now because of this stupid person that said everything is sorted out.

I want this to be sorted out or this is going to take it much further.
