Afrihost is the worst

I’m highly disappointed with the service I have received. I am a loyal paying customer but because I do an etf and not debit order they terminated my service without notice. Now they require old nedbank statements and I am no longer with them and I called and they have deleted my profile because I’m not a nedbank client any more. So afrihost host terminated a loyal paying client, just because my account is not debited.
