Afrihost is the worst

So my battle starts from as far back as six months ago when I fought with afrihost and vuma on a daily basis to install my line.anyhow finally that got sorted and I was connected end December 2019. So running on the 10mb fibre package and month to month. Well now that we are in lockdown and jobs are being cut and money is to tight to mention,guess what afrihost decides to I crease their tarriffs after only using this company for six months now I must fork out extra R50 Are you people for real.?with this failure of customer support of yours to never resolve issues and cabling systems that broke in other countries where we had to suffer the consequences affecting our speeds and even now and again you are unable to even browse the internet.im sorry but best move out here is to switch which I will be doing very soon. Sorry but you lost a valuable client as I was recommending you guys in the start but after all this I would rather say this company doesn't deserve to even be in this country.total waste of time and money. Thanks for nothing
