Afrihost is the pits.... Don't do it

This by far has been the worst ISP I have had to deal with. Since the first day of getting my fibre line activated I have struggled with a stable internet connection while working from home.

Every morning I have to contact their Whatspp support, send the same image and reboot my wifi. They have never been able to resolve the problem and refuse to send a technician to come resolve the issue. My 6 year old now within the space of two months knows that we have to keep rebooting the wifi until it works.

I pay for a service I am not receiving and they want to charge me R1000 to cancel a month to month contract which they did not do an installation for. Should you be considering an ISP I would strongly advise against Afrihost as they absolutely horrible to deal with and do not care one bit for their customers.
