Afrihost is the most pathetic ISP ever

Since day one I have had nothing but poor and pathetic service from Afrihost. Firstly I purchased an ADSL bundle more than a month ago with Afrihost, who informed me that I am now active. To my surprise I still could not connect, I then contacted the call centre after waiting almost 30 minutes and was told my account is active and that I should be able to connect to the internet. He also informed me that it is my router could be faulty. I then emailed Afrihost to advise if they are sure that I am active. An after hour of constantly having to chase up the agent informed me that it will still have to be logged with Telkom to install. Is this not done when I signed up for the ADSL package with AFrihost? I have had no feedback from Afrihost informing me how long it would take, but only after following up 100's of time was I then told I need to wait 30 Days for ADSL to be converted. My line is now barely active after 3 weeks and I have not even been getting 1mb speeds yet alone a constant connection. I requested that problem be investigated but Afrihost is now refusing to resolve correctly or credit me even although they have not been delivering on the 10mb service agreed upon.
