Afrihost is the AfriWORST

<p>We have been trying to activate out internet for a week now since our Fiber line has been installed. Before that we dealt with Afrihost for 2 weeks. We have spent so much airtime waiting in ques to get an answer, and NEVER a clear or helpful person. </p> <p> </p> <p>This has been an incredibly painful process to deal with Afrihost and STILL no results after my 25min call today! We have both have small businesses that we run from home at night and has been detrimental to our workload. Theres no After hours nr when we get home to follow up ONCE again. This is not even to mention the week before that they got our adress wrong and delayed the process with another week, due to their own mistake! </p> <p>I demand a free month of internet to make up for our loss and airtime spent on calls to Afrihost. </p> <p> </p>
