Afrihost is the ABSOLUTE WORST!

Joke of an ISP. Been having issues with my internet speed since the 4th of August 2021. Today, its the 24th and still no resolution. Inept Service Representatives on their WhatsApp portal as well with 5 different people unable to assist. The last one I chatted to, Karabo, flat out told me that ADSL is no longer supported and that Afrihost is encouraging that all their users be on Fibre. Horrible, awful and inconsistent service from this joke of a company. I am full glad that I cancelled my services with them. No wonder they insist on being paid on the 1st of each month, for just in case they mess up, they have already taken your coin. Steer absolutely clear of this ISP
