AFRIHOST IS Terrible

Afrihost has been absolutely terrible. For the past three months I have been logging complaints, following up, and wasting my time — and nothing has been resolved. The service has gone from bad to completely unacceptable.

Support is slow, unhelpful, and feels like a loop of copy-and-paste responses with zero accountability. You explain the same issue over and over, get promised callbacks or “escalations”, and then… silence. No urgency, no ownership, no real solutions.

The last few months have been the worst experience I’ve had with an ISP. If you value your time, money, or sanity — stay away. I am cancelling because this level of service is simply not worth it. Deeply disappointing.
