AFRIHOST IS TERMINATING ALL MY SERVICES ON 30 DAYS

JOINING AFRIHOST IS A MISTAKE!!<br> <br> I have been with Afrihost for 4 years and loved them until today.<br> I received an email this morning that they would be terminating all services to me in 30 day for bounced debit orders.<br> <br> 2 years ago they gave me banking details for me to pay them manually by EFT because their debit orders do not work, so i have been paying manually EFT since then.<br> <br> We recently signed up for mobile data and ADSL on top of our hosting and i paid EFT upfront as their system sent an <br> <br> invoice. This month they debited my account anyway which failed obviously, (there is more than enough <br> <br> funds but they know their debits dont work!!).<br> <br> So today i called them to try and resolve the issue and was told by the agent I needed to talk to her supervisor (Wendy), she went to call Wendy and came back and told me that Wendy says i must come back to talk to her when my account is paid... WHAT!!!<br> <br> My account is up to date. <br> <br> I have now left Afrihost, SHOCKED AND HURT ACTUALLY :-( <br> <br> You shouldnt join these people... Look at their ratings here on Hello Peter, Shocking.<br>
