Afrihost is super frustrating

I opened an account with Afrihost to have personalized for myself and my team and I decided to go with Afrihost. Then to my demise I was given problems. When i put in my login details I made a small mistake and when I asked for help I was given the run around. I was told put send a copy of Id copy and I did so then they asked for a colored copy, I sent in then I was told different story. I am super frustrated because now things are at a standstill and my team is frustrated. I the money I paid to refunded so I can go with a different host or my issue to rectified. I am loosing thousands of rands daily because some companies do not take mails from gmail accounts. Please assit.
