Afrihost is stonewalling clients

It seems Afrihost is stonewalling clients. I have logged support tickets (e.g. Ticket ID: FQI-***7) with no resolution or follow up. Logged tickets do not show on the company's ClientZone. It is frustrating, as their client service used to be top notch, not anymore based on my experience. What a pity.
