Afrihost is slipping

I have fibre connection issues since thursday. The buck just gets passed between fibre provide and afrihost. Every support person let me go through the whole process of testing before listening to what I have to say. Dont you guys have a log where you can lookup what is the status of the client ?... NO Escalation procedure.

Not everybody is just using the internet to stream or play games. I am using the internet to work, now I have to make other arrangements at a huge cost to have a backup connection.
